Oh, Ed Sheeran. I've been enthralled with him for the past couple of years or so. "Thinking Out Loud" was the first song I ever heard from him, and honestly I was about three months late to the party. Once I heard that song, it was very apparent to me the amount of talent he possesses. Therefore, I I started to discover his other music, and that was it. I was captured. While I love a variety of Ed's music, including "The A Team", and "Give Me Love", along with many other songs, it's safe to say that his latest release, 'Divide', is my favorite album from him yet. While I did title this post Study Music, because this album is perfect at getting me to focus on school stuff, I do not want to limit it. I also listen to this album when I first wake up in the mornings while I'm trying to get myself together, which takes a while, and it's perfect music for any situation really.
"Castle on the Hill" gets all of my old memories flowing. It's such a great song for reminiscing, and remembering that even if you do or don't see the people you once knew back when, you will always have the memories that were made.
Meet my favorite Ed Sheeran song ever. When I first heard "Dive", I literally stopped everything I was doing and just basked in the greatness of the passion and talent Ed put into this song. It was all I could manage to do.
What a lovely song. "Perfect" brings all my mushy feelings to surface, and I'm just fine with that. It's perfect, pun intended.
